A thought on "camping" in Black Ops & similar games...

Every time I stay in one place for a minute on any of these games, some assbag hollers about my "camping". same for anyone else who doesn't run pell-mell all over the map.

Well, I have news for them!

Evidently they were never in the military or they'd know what's called "camping in VG lingo is called...AMBUSH...in real life! It's a tactic old as warfare. (Some jewish sources say that since Cain & Abel were eqyal in size & strength, Cain killed Abel from ambush. it's a tactic often used in real life where there's no respawn if you get whacked.

To those who don't like camping...I'LL PLAY MY GAME ANY WAY I DAMN WELL PLEASE, and you can either live with it or go play Mappyland on your NES. I don't tell anyone else how to play or not play, and I'm not gonna shell out $60 for a game & be told by some pecker-breath how I may or may not play. I don't use cheats in online games, and detest those who do. But I'm gonna play to win, same as everyone else, and I'm gonna use every TACTIC I can within the game toward that end.

Yes, I camp some, scamper some, and so do all other players. (BO3 will kick a player for camping too long.) but again, I have the freedom to play MY way, same as all other legitimate gamers do.

So, for those who bitch & whine about camping...SUCK A HEMORRHOID ! !

I don't mind a camper but I hate those no scoper or quick scopers, that shit pisses me off to no end and has not been fixed in any of these games and it's been around since before COD Modern Warfare on the Xbox 360.

No scoper or quick scopers were in Quake III: Arena, too.

I dunno if no/quick scoping is available in BO3 or not, as I seldom use sniper rifles, preferring the Shieva or MX Garand instead, with reflex or ELO optix. But the other day, someone shot at me & missed with a sniper rifle twice while my char was standing still, & I wasted him/her each time with one return shot from the Shieva. (I play mostly Hardcore FFA.)

As for campers, a quick cure is Gravity Spikes or a grenade. But as I said above, camping is a legitimate tactic used in real-life. (Quick/no scoping is NOT, of course. I agree it should be removed from online competitive games.)

BTW, COD Infinite Warfare has quick-scoping. And no kicking for camping too long.

Some things I'd like to see fixes in IW: Quick-scoping eliminated, & add a one-click feature with which to mute all players. Besides the usual bitching & whining, there are some shit-heads who play music, sing themselves, or otherwise pipe obnoxious noise into the game from hair dryers, Dremel tools, etc.
