Get Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee for free next 24 hours on Steam

Does anybody know where you can check on Steam to find out if they are having deals like this (full games for free)? At Origin, they have a section called "On the House" that tells which game is currently being offered. Couldn't find anything like that on Steam.
