Want a reliable SNES dumper? go the way of free open source:

    http://forum.arduino.cc/index.php?to...179#msg2384179

This has dumped just about any cart even Nintendo Power Multi Carts and special chip games.

I haven't had any trouble with it yet, but I don't have any super rare carts. My gem snes carts are earthbound, megaman x3, and final fight guy but they are retail compared to a test cart.

I don't know about the second or third revision but the first was unable to dump my SNES Burn-in test cart rev D properly (and the idiot dumper I forget who put a fingernail dent in my cart label but he was still nice enough to pack it properly with anti-static foil and cart connector with a note I don't know where it s now). though Lord_Nightmare dumped it properly for me. Just wary about the future revisions may not being able to dump EPROMS.

It looks like you can still get a new retrode 2 and all 3 adapters from dragonbox.de

    Retrode on ebay

If someone is looking for a retrode 2 and has a lot of money, there's on for grabs on ebay. These are good for dumping games and dumping/writing saves on your original carts. They are no longer being made and not easy to find. I have one with a gameboy adapter and a n64 adapter, this one comes with the SMS adapter.
