second, when i go to CMP, i tried to download the cbc files via this thread- http://www.codemasters-project.net/v...aker-Version-7, it said This webpage is not available

look like CMP has problem.

I have almost all the codes made by lee4 and skiller Codebreaker save 1892 Games, just put the cheats file inside the folder PCB mc.

I have to save almost all database the Skiller codes,Code master and other. have also saves the codes in format max or cbs that can be placed in the memory card through the action replay or Codebreaker, and also the unlouch made by lee4.

You could try asking there. Most people would consider that a sensible course of action.

Although, I can tell you right now the answer will most likely be that something went wrong with the host and the data was lost, or moved to different location that rendered all the links invalid.
