Disappearing Code Requests?! What's Going On?

I tried repeatedly to post a few code requests, but they refuse to show up after I submit them. It's as if they simply disappear in a puff of smoke. That's why my "invincible Yoshi" code for Yoshi Touch & Go hasn't showed up--I posted it, but the request system decided it would be funny to simply ignore my repeated attempts to post code requests. Is there some sort of bug in the system which is preventing new requests from being submitted (and thus remain unfilled)?

I tried repeatedly to post a request for the SMB3 mod "Super Mario Bros. 3Mix" (to unlock the debug menu), but every time I went to post the request, after clicking the submit button, the codes page went back to the way it was before, and there was no new request box.

Why is this happening? Could someone clue me in as to if I'm doing anything wrong (or if the request system is just being an electronic "jerk")?
