It lets you run homebrew, plugins and a whole slew of other things on your Vita. One of the most popular stuff you can do with is run Adrenaline which is an ePSP hack that lets you use your Vita as a PSP. There is also a good variety of homebrew games and plugins such as one that lets you dim your Vita’s screen further.
It only works on Firmware 3.60 (nothing HIGHER OR LOWER)
