I had a NES adapter back in the days called Super 8. It couldn't do select and start buttons on controller 2 so some 2 player games couldn't even be played. I guess it's cause controller 2 on the famicom don't have start or select. It was probably meant to be primarily famicom based and the NES marketing was an afterthought.

This is the worst article ever. There is no information about the myriad of flaws with each of the units.

        In short/rushed typing.

The timing is off on all of the units, Sega notably.

NES has overdriven and bad sound and loads of incompatibilities and glitches with numerous titles.

The Retrobit Advance is surprisingly near flawless except for Super Mario Advance 2 where transparency is absent making the sky appear black.

Out of all of them I would recommend the GBA unit.
