What you’ll need:
A powerful PC with a NVidia graphics card
NVidia Moonlight running on your PC
A 3DS emulator (such as Citra) and/or a Wii U emulator (such as Cemu) running on your PC
A hacked PS Vita running HENkaku
The moonlight PS Vita client installed and running on your PS Vita
Once all these tools are installed and set up properly, you should be able to play 3DS games and Wii U games on your PS Vita. And no, do not ask where to get roms.
