Ps2 NTSC-J cheat codes to be converted to NTSC-U cheat codes

I have been trying for years to convert the Onimusha 2 (J) version cheat codes to Onimusha 2 (U) version cheats codes but without success. I sincerely hope that some of your great hackers could be kind enough to covert it for me. The NTSC-J codes looks like this : -
