We still await intelligent intervention by gscentral.org...and we'll probably have too keep waiting.
Lazy Bastard
Heh, some of those were entertaining, and at least they were better than the crap repetition ones.
I'm kind of surprised GSC guys would sink that low. It's like we
spanked a three year old kid, and now he's coloring on the walls in
rebellion.
GSHI is superior to GSC. We clearly won in a logical battle, and in
this scene, intelligence makes the grade. The competent members of
GSC's community never showed up (or, as in the case of Modman, left
once Rune started embarrassing them), because there's really nothing
intelligent to say from their standpoint.
And it's all a shame, because GSC could be a decent site, if Rune and his hangers-on would leave.

Rune Fails To Win
Fett Accompli: Simple Plan Salutes Boba
Of all the films in the saga, Simple
Plan guitarist Sébastien Lefebvre ranks The Empire Strikes Back as his
favorite. "The Empire Strikes Back ultimately made me a huge fan,
probably because of all the scenes with the snow, the AT-ATs and Boba
Fett," Lefebvre explains. "It was something different at the time.
There were heroes and bad guys and we could play Star Wars. It was a
big part of every kid's childhood."
"It's easy to identify with the heroes even if they are in space
because of the ever-present good against evil struggle," Lefebvre
continues. "Star Wars was one of the first films to have all the big
special effects. So even if you didn't like it, you had no choice but
to be impressed."
The film excited Lefebvre so much that he soon discovered the vast
world of Star Wars action figures. "I had a Luke Skywalker action
figure when I was a kid that I used to play with all the time,"
Lefebvre says. "In fact, I still have a couple of the toys that I
actually played with when I was little. They're all beat up!"
These days bounty hunters dominate his current collection. "I have a
big Boba Fett 13-inch action figure (from Japan) and the whole
collection of the second generation action figures from the '90s. As a
matter of fact, I went to a convention a couple years ago and got some
of my action figures -- Greedo, Boba Fett and Darth Vader --
autographed."
Lefebvre crossed paths with his future Simple Plan band mates and
fellow French-Canadians Jeff Stinco (Lead Guitar), Chuck Comeau
(Drums), Pierre Bouvier (Lead Vocals), and David Desrosiers (Bass)
during college in 1999. The band's name derives from their "plan" not
to get a real job by starting a band, and oddly enough it's paid off in
full. The band produced two multi-platinum records that included the
hit singles "I'd Do Anything," "Addicted," "Perfect," "Welcome to My
Life," "Crazy" and "Shut Up!"
[ Fett Accompli: Simple Plan Salutes Boba ] The group has shared the
stage with everyone from MxPx to Aerosmith, made appearances on the
Vans Warped Tour for three years running (two as a headlining band),
and has been nominated for four MTV Video Music Awards. In April 2006,
Simple Plan won their first Juno for People's Choice Favorite Canadian
Band.
Even with their busy touring and studio schedule, Lefebvre proudly
stood in line for Revenge of the Sith opening night in May 2005 with
his fellow Star Wars fans. "I saw the premiere at midnight, in Montreal
downtown at the Paramount," Lefebvre recalls. "I was excited to see
that some people were actually dressed up as characters!"
He was more than thrilled with the idea of finally seeing Anakin's dark
transformation. "The best part was definitely the last 20 minutes
because it shows the becoming of Darth Vader," Lefebvre says. "We
finally know why Anakin Skywalker became Darth Vader. It's what we've
been waiting for since they made the new movies. It's like all the
pieces from the puzzle finally came together."
While having the power to control life and death for the sake of love
may seem tempting to some, Lefebvre thinks Anakin's ambition got the
best of him. "It's what everybody would like to do but he totally
pushes it to the extreme in the movie," Lefebvre says. "For some people
it's hard to control power, and they let it go to their heads. With
great power comes great responsibility -- so you have to make the right
choices, even if they are hard to make sometimes."
Anakin's downfall wasn't the only aspect of Revenge of the Sith that
got Lefebvre's blood pumping as he watched the film. The musical score
sent Lefebvre waves of nostalgia as only legendary composer John
Williams could. "His theme to Star Wars has became a classic that
everybody recognizes," Lefebvre says. "The soundtrack sets the mood for
all the scenes and different parts of the movies. I actually own the
box set from Return of the Jedi and listening to it makes you remember
the best parts of the movie."
[ Fett Accompli: Simple Plan Salutes Boba ] Now that the film saga has
come full circle, Lefebvre admits to still being drawn to the
mysterious bounty hunter even Han Solo had a hard time shaking. "Boba
Fett will always be the character I identify with the most in the
entire Star Wars saga," Lefebvre says. "Nobody has captured his style
and when I was little he was always my favorite. I'm glad they brought
him back for the prequels."
However, if given the chance to pick any character to join Simple Plan
on their next tour, Lefebvre has his eye on both the Modal Nodes and
Max Rebo Band. "I have to admit that the cantina band has the most
underrated characters in the films," Lefebvre says. "But I like the
band because hey, I'm in a band too! Max Rebo would also be a perfect
addition to our band because he plays the piano and we don't have a
keyboardist!"
With the complete saga now available on DVD, Lefebvre is anxious to see
what the next generation of movie audiences will think of Star Wars.
"It's hard to say if the original trilogy holds a different space in
our hearts as adult fans than the prequels do for young kids today,
because we are not kids anymore," Lefebvre says. "I know kids that love
the prequels, but there are a lot of different superhero films these
days, and back then, Star Wars was all we had. So maybe it's a little
more special for us."
"The films influenced me in being a happy kid," Lefebvre continues. "I
think there are a lot of people that grew up loving it and I'm one of
them. It's good to have something that ties you to your childhood, even
today."
Team USA steams past China in FIBA play
SAPPORO, Japan (AP) — Yao Ming is back, and the United States was ready for him.
Using a swarming defense and their huge advantage in depth to make life
miserable for China and its NBA All-Star center, the Americans rolled
to a 121-90 victory Sunday to remain unbeaten in the FIBA World
Championship.
"We knew that they wanted Yao to be a big factor, so we wanted to take
him out and make them take difficult shots," said U.S. forward Antawn
Jamison.
Dwyane Wade scored 26 points for the Americans, who needed less than
four minutes to build their first double-digit lead and led by as many
as 36. Carmelo Anthony and Dwight Howard had 16 points each and Chris
Paul 13.
LeBron James, Joe Johnson and Elton Brand all had 11 points while Paul added eight assists and Howard 11 rebounds.
"We were trying to share the basketball, share the defensive rotation
and just be a team," Brand said. "There are a lot of individuals out
there, especially on their respective NBA teams. We're trying to be a
team out here, get assists and do the extra things."
The Americans, averaging 116 points through two games, next play
Slovenia on Tuesday. They headed into Group D's off day tied with Italy
at 2-0 for first place. China (0-2) is tied with Senegal at the bottom.
The top four teams in the six-team pool advance.
Yao led China with 21 points, but the Americans made him work for all
of them. He had only one field goal in the first half, when the game
was decided, and finished 5-of-8 from the field before fouling out with
6:08 remaining.
"We worked very hard to defend Yao," said U.S. coach Mike Krzyzewski. "He's a terrific player."
Yao didn't play in the United States' 119-73 victory in this month's
exhibition in Guangzhou, China, because he was recovering from a broken
left foot. His return in time for this tournament gave plenty of hope
to the Chinese, who had a large contingent of fans at the game waving
flags and holding large pictures of Yao.
The 7-foot-5 center predicted China would advance out of pool play — he
was quoted in a story in the China Daily before the tournament as
saying, "China will enter the last 16; I promise." Then he scored 30
points in China's opening loss to Italy.
But the United States never let him be a factor when the game was still
in doubt, delivering a couple of hard fouls when he had a clear path to
the basket, even playing two centers together at times. Still not fully
fit, Yao didn't even make it across midcourt at times after Chinese
turnovers.
"It is a little bit different from playing Yao in international ball
than NBA ball," Howard said. "Yao is the main focus for the Chinese
team. Playing with him in America, he has Tracy McGrady on his team, so
Yao kind of gets some rest."
After coming off the bench in the Americans' victory over Puerto Rico
in the opener, Howard drew the starting assignment Sunday and responded
underneath.
"Dwight would take any center from any team," Krzyzewski said. "The guy who's been our best center has been him."
Meanwhile, the Americans displayed the balance that makes them one of
the tournament favorites, with Krzyzewski using all 12 players in the
first half.
Leading by 14 points midway through the second quarter, the Americans
used a 12-0 run to break open the game and build a 54-28 lead.
Wade then scored the Americans' final 11 points of the half, including
a drive just before the buzzer that gave the United States a 63-38
lead. China had more turnovers (12) than baskets (11) in the first 20
minutes.
China coach Jonas Kazlauskas said all teams facing the United States
have the same problem: "Turnovers, transition and rebounds — and we had
the same problems today."
The Chinese finished with 25 turnovers — an improvement from their 34
in the exhibition — which helped the Americans to a 29-8 cushion in
fast-break points. The United States outscored China 20-3 on turnovers.
Yao hit a jumper to open the third period and Wang Shipeng scored the
next eight points as the Chinese pulled within 63-48. But James scored
seven points during a 10-3 surge that pushed the lead back to 22, and
the Americans were never threatened again.
The United States improved to 5-0 in world-championship play against
China, the Asian champion. Wang added 17 points for China, which next
plays Puerto Rico.
Woman fatally mauled while bathing dog
CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. (AP) — A woman who was fatally mauled by her dog was trying to give it a bath when it attacked, police said.
Shawna Willey, 30, died Friday. Her daughter apparently witnessed the
attack by the 120-pound Presa Canario and alerted a neighbor who called
authorities, Coral Springs Police spokesman Rich Nicorvo said.
It was not clear what made the dog attack, Nicorvo said.
When police arrived at the house, the officers saw the dog standing
over the woman's body in the backyard near the swimming pool.
The dog made aggressive movements toward officers when they entered the yard, so they shot and killed it.
A coroner will determine Willey's exact cause of death.
Willey was cited in Hillsborough County several years ago for having dangerous dogs, according to court records.
US critic 'well' after cancer op
Veteran film critic Roger Ebert has
said he is "doing well" following cancer surgery which required the
reconstruction of his jaw.
Spending two months in hospital had been "no fun", the 64-year-old
said, and he had lost much of his strength while confined to bed.
He would need practice at speaking because his vocal cords had weakened during treatment, Ebert added.
Ebert has rated more than 5,000 films for the Chicago Sun-Times newspaper.
The TV double act he formed with Gene Siskel, who died seven years ago,
was famous for the "thumbs up" and "thumbs down" reviews that the pair
would give to movies.
"When I announced that I had a recurrence of salivary cancer that
required surgery, I had no idea when I went into the hospital on 16
June that I would still be here on 16 August," he wrote on his website.
"I had a particularly intense form of radiation [treatment] called
neutron beam radiation, which is more effective for certain cancers,
but which is also more debilitating to healthy tissue than conventional
radiation."
'Loving support'
He said he was "a lucky man" and praised the medical staff at
Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, who were "enthusiastically
optimistic" about his recovery.
His wife Chaz had provided "loving support", he added.
And the executive producer of his TV show Ebert and Roeper, Don Dupree,
had installed a plasma TV screen and a DVD player in his room, he said.
Ebert is in his 40th year of reviewing films for the Chicago Sun-Times, and won a Pulitzer Prize in 1975 for his writing.
This is his fourth set of surgery for cancer, having had a malignant
tumour on his thyroid gland removed in 2002 and two operations on his
salivary gland the following year.
VIAGRA!
VIAGRA is prescribed to treat erectile dysfunction (ED).
If you take any medicines that have nitrates in them (like
nitroglycerin for chest pain)—every day or even once in a while—you
should NOT take VIAGRA.
Discuss your general health status with your doctor to ensure that you
are healthy enough to engage in sexual activity. If you experience
chest pain, nausea, or any other discomforts during sex, seek immediate
medical help.
The most common side effects of VIAGRA are headache, facial flushing,
and upset stomach. Less commonly, bluish vision, blurred vision, or
sensitivity to light may briefly occur.
In rare instances, men taking PDE5 inhibitors (oral erectile
dysfunction medicines, including VIAGRA) reported a sudden decrease or
loss of vision. It is not possible to determine whether these events
are related directly to these medicines or to other factors. If you
experience sudden decrease or loss of vision, stop taking PDE5
inhibitors, including VIAGRA, and call a doctor right away.
Although erections lasting for more than 4 hours may occur rarely with
all ED treatments in this drug class, to avoid long-term injuries, it
is important to seek immediate medical help.
If you are older than age 65, or have serious liver or kidney problems,
your doctor may start you at the lowest dose (25 mg) of VIAGRA. If you
are taking protease inhibitors, such as for the treatment of HIV, your
doctor may recommend a 25-mg dose and may limit you to a maximum single
dose of 25 mg of VIAGRA in a 48-hour period.
If you have prostate problems or high blood pressure for which you take
medicines called alpha-blockers, your doctor may start you on a lower
dose of VIAGRA.
Remember to protect yourself and your partner from sexually transmitted diseases.
VIAGRA is one of many options for treating ED that you and your doctor can consider.

Stealing
Have you ever played cops and robbers?
It's fun pretending to be a cop chasing and capturing a robber. It can
be even more fun to be the robber because you take things and try to
get away with them before your buddy, the cop, catches you. You're not
really stealing, of course. It's just make-believe.
Or maybe you're playing baseball, trying to steal a base and not get
tagged out. When playing basketball, you can steal the ball from a
player on the other team. A stolen base or a steal on the basketball
court can help your team. Hey — it's fair play and it's part of the
game!
These are both examples of pretend or imaginary stealing that are OK, but there is another form of stealing that is wrong.
What Kind of Stealing Is Wrong?
When a person takes something that belongs to somebody else without
permission, that is stealing. The stolen object can be as small as a
piece of candy or as big as a car. It can be taken from someone a
person knows or from a stranger. It can be taken from a store, a kind
of stealing called shoplifting, or from someone's home. But either way,
it's stealing.
People can steal words and ideas, too. For instance, if someone takes
your book report and tells the teacher that she — not you — wrote it,
that's another form of stealing. Imagine how upset you would be if that
happened to you!
Why Do Kids Steal?
Little kids age 4 and younger may not understand that they shouldn't
take things that don't belong to them. But by the time you are 5 or 6,
you understand what's right and what's wrong. Most school-age kids know
that they aren't supposed to take something without asking or without
paying for it.
Still, some kids lack self-control. They might see something they want
and take it. They don't stop to think first about what might happen.
They might not think to buy the object or ask to borrow it. Kids get
better at self-control as they grow. Some kids may need extra help
learning self-control.
Some kids steal because their friends or family members do it or
because they might have been dared. They might believe their friends
will like them more if they steal. Doing something for these reasons is
called peer pressure, but kids don't have to give in to it.
Some kids steal because they feel something is missing in their lives.
What's missing may be love or attention. Or simple things like food and
clothing. They may be angry, sad, scared, or jealous. They might steal
as a way to deal with the situation. But stealing won't fix what's
missing.
Other kids might have personal problems that lead them to steal. They
may feel jealous of what others have. They may feel unloved and
neglected. Or they may be upset that their parents are arguing or
getting divorced. A kid might steal, in this case, to make up for
something that's missing. But stealing won't solve these problems.
Other kids don't care about rules. They steal because they think they
can get away with it. They may believe they deserve to have the stolen
goods. But kids need to learn respect rules and the rights of other
people.
What Can Happen if You Steal?
Stealing causes a whole bunch of problems. Suppose a kid sees a pen in
a store and decides to take it. If she gets caught, the store owner
might say she's not allowed in the store again. The owner might tell
her parents. She may have to give money to pay for the pen and the
police could be called because stealing (including shoplifting) is a
crime. She could be arrested, especially if she has stolen before, and
that could lead to more problems. She may have to go to court and may
have some sort of punishment, like having to do work in the community
to make up for what she has done.
How does stealing make someone feel? Whoever is stealing is probably
nervous during the act itself. If she gets away with it, she may be
relieved at first. Later, she feels lousy because she knows what she
did was wrong. She may also be afraid that someone will discover her
secret, and she'll want to deny it. But lying will only make matters
worse.
If she gets caught, she may be really embarrassed. Then she may be
ashamed because she let down her family. She may feel like nobody
trusts her anymore. She might feel stupid and worried. What if she goes
to jail? What if her favorite teacher finds out? What if she loses her
friends?
Stealing has serious consequences (say: con-see-kwen-ses) because it
hurts everyone. Stealing causes a big problem for a family. Store
owners have to spend more money to protect their things, which makes
prices go up for paying customers. Kids sometimes don't trust each
other with their belongings. People don't feel as safe when they're
worried about someone stealing. Stealing, in fact, may lead to
violence. Some kids even carry weapons to protect themselves from other
kids who may want to take their jewelry or clothing. This can lead to
even more problems.
What Should You Do if You Know Someone Who Steals?
If you know someone who steals, you shouldn't just shrug it off. That's
like saying stealing is OK. You can tell the person that stealing is
wrong or that you're concerned about him, but he may get angry with
you. It's a good idea to tell a parent, teacher, counselor, or other
adult that you trust. Then leave it up to the adult to decide how to
handle the situation.
Don't hang out with kids who steal. It's not smart to go along with
someone just because he's your friend or because you don't want to be
left out. Follow your conscience (say: con-shens), and don't do
anything that would hurt others. Do what you know is right. If someone
is caught stealing, you could get in trouble just because you were
there with him when it happened.
When Stealing Becomes a Habit
Some kids who steal once might do it a second and third time, until it
becomes a habit. Repeat stealers often act in other bad ways, too. They
may lie, fight, cheat, or write graffiti. They might ignore rules and
disrespect other people and their belongings.
But even if stealing has become a habit, kids who steal can change
their ways. Kids sometimes make mistakes, but there are ways to get
back on the right track. Kids can ask adults to help them. Parents,
counselors, and other adults can help kids with troubles that may have
led them to steal in the first place. Kids can learn right from wrong,
get better at self-control, and learn to solve problems without
stealing.
When kids are honest and follow what they know is right, they feel
happier and a whole lot better about themselves. Learning how to get
what they need — without stealing — can be a big relief.
Blood in Semen, ED, Low Ejaculation Content and Force, HVC
I am a 49 year old male. For the past
several months I have had blood in my semen whenever I ejaculate.
Sometimes a lot and other times just trace. The color can be a bright
red, pink or a brownish color. There is no associated pain with this
problem. I also have had no problems urinating and there is no blood in
my urine. My semen content has also dropped off considerably as well as
the force of my ejaculation. I am also experiencing ED (Erectile
Dysfunction) issues. On top of this I have HVC (Hepatitis C). I was,
but am no longer on a treatment program for the HVC. I am considered a
non respondent for current treatments of this genotype virus. Because
this is a blood transferable virus my girlfriend and I have stopped
having intercourse. As can be imagined, this has taken a huge toll on
our relationship. Can the blood from my semen infect my mate with HVC
if we have intercourse? You will undoubtedly recommend seeking a
doctor’s care regarding these problems. The underlining issue here is
that I have been laid off and unemployed with no benefits or health
insurance coverage. Presently, I cannot afford to see a doctor to
discuss this problem and have tests performed to isolate and treat this
problem(s). I have read many articles in books and online regarding
this problem and it sounds as though there is no need for alarm. Please
advice.
Thank you. Rich

Rectal bleeding
Rectal bleeding can be a sign of many
different problems. Some causes can be serious. All rectal bleeding
requires a medical check- up.
Bright red blood may be seen only on toilet paper or in the toilet bowl
after a bowel movement. This is usually from a hemorrhoid or anal
fissure. A hemorrhoid is a swollen vein in the anal area. A fissure is
a split in the anal mucosal surface. Both cause difficult and painful
bowel movements.
Blood in the stool may also indicate an inflamed rectum or colon. These
could become serious conditions. They usually are present with other
symptoms. An inflamed rectum is usually caused by an infection. The
cause of an inflamed colon is usually unknown.
Other symptoms may include:
* sharp rectal pain
* mucus and pus in the stools
* constipation
* abdominal pain
* cramping
* fever
* diarrhea and
* anemia
Colon cancer is the second leading cause of cancer death. It can cause
rectal bleeding. Polyps are often found before the cancer is diagnosed.
Polyps are small growths from the inner lining of the colon. They may
cause minor bleeding. This makes screening for blood in the stool a
useful tool for early detection of colon cancer. The test can detect
small amounts of blood that would typically go unnoticed.
Bleeding that occurs higher in the intestine than the colon may be
maroon or black. Peptic ulcers cause black or tarry stools. Other
causes include problems with blood vessels and overuse of alcohol or
aspirin. Iron pills cause black stools, but do not cause bleeding.
If you notice rectal bleeding, consult your healthcare provider. If
your bleeding is nonstop or in large amounts, you should seek emergency
care. Tests to find the source of the blood may include x- ray or
endoscopic procedure. A colonoscopy is the passage of a long, flexible
tube through the colon.
For all men and women 50 years of age or older, who are at average risk
of colon cancer, the American Cancer Society recommends the following
screening tests for colon cancer:
* fecal occult blood test every year OR
* flexible sigmoidoscopy every 5 years OR
* fecal occult blood test every year with a flexible sigmoidoscopy every 5 years OR
* colonoscopy every 10 years OR
* double contrast barium enema every 5 years
Of the first three options, the American Cancer Society recommends the
third option of the fecal occult blood test every year with a flexible
sigmoidoscopy every 5 years. If the fecal occult blood test is
positive, a colonoscopy should be done instead of the sigmoidoscopy.
The take-home multiple sample method of fecal occult blood test is the
one that should be done.
If any of these tests (except colonoscopy) are positive, they should be
followed up with a colonoscopy. Anyone who has a relative in the
immediate family who has had colon cancer, or has a history of polyps
is considered at higher risk. These higher risk people need to have the
tests more often as recommended by their healthcare provider.
Why You Should Swallow
It’s Tidy
Spitting is, quite simply, messy. Having a paper towel at the ready can
help, but even then, you have a cum-soaked towel to dispose of. Same is
true if he comes somewhere other than inside your mouth, there’s plenty
of sticky jizm to wipe up. Just swallow and there's no muss or fuss.
It’s Quick
Even if cum is unpleasant (we have tips for making it much less so),
the fastest way to deal with it is to swallow. Running to the bathroom
to dispose of it or spitting it out on the spot will take more time,
and be less efficient, than just swallowing it.
It Lets the Man Relax
If a man has to worry about coming, feeling that it is an imposition on
the woman or the cause of unpleasantness, it creates tension while
receiving the blowjob. He cannot fully relax, and cannot fully enjoy
his climax. A woman who swallows both puts her partner at ease. Also,
she can continue sucking through the orgasm, “sucking him dry”, which
men find both physically and emotionally satisfying.
The Symbolism of Swallowing
In Western culture, swallowing has deep symbolic significance. The act
of swallowing signals acceptance, blessing, and complete
transformation. Imagine spitting out champagne after a toast or
spitting out the wafer during communion. The insult and sacrilege would
be overwhelming. In the same way, spitting out cum is a symbolic
rejection to many men.
By swallowing, a woman indicates complete acceptance. She wishes to
consume, to commune with whatever comes from her lover. As she imbibes
the cum, it becomes part of her, he becomes part of her. They are
joined together in an intimate sacred bond like no other.
It's Polite
To quote one woman: "What sort of message does that convey to
immediately run to the nearest sink to spit? I’m comfortable enough to
get down on my knees and wrap my lips around your cock, but not
comfortable enough to swallow the fruits of my labor? I know I’d be
offended if my boyfriend ran to the bathroom to gargle with mouthwash
after going down on me. So, sure I swallow. It’s almost impolite not
to."
It's Environmentally Friendly
Leaving your spunk in public places just isn't right, whether you're
dogging in the park or sucking the cinema. And wasting tissues and
paper towels destroys trees and adds to our landfill problems.
Swallowing is the ultimate form of enviromentally-friendly recycling.
Share your swallowing hints and tips!
Better-Tasting CUM!
Semen is, at best, an acquired taste.
While some people profess to enjoy the flavor of spunk, most report it
to be saline, bitter, or acrid, likening it to salty bleach. Because
the taste is a big obstacle to having their partner swallow, many men
wonder what they can do to make their cum taste better.
You Cum What You Eat
Like sweat, saliva, urine, and all of your body's other secretions and
excretions, your ejaculate's smell and flavor are affected by what you
consume. (Likewise, you may notice when you eat out your female
partner, her pussy juice flavor is affected by her diet) . What goes
in, comes out, literally. Ever notice how when you eat a meal with a
lot of onions and garlic, the smell seems to ooze out of your pores the
next day? It's in your semen as well, and although the specific taste
or odor may be difficult to detect, it does have an influence on the
overall taste.
While there's no scientific evidence to back these tips up, there are
anecdotal reports and common sense. Changing your diet and intake of
other chemicals into your body will have an effect on your body's
output, including your semen. Most techniques or supplements to alter
the flavor of semen aim to increase the amount of sugars in it, and
sometimes mask the saltiness and other tastes with another flavor.
Sweet As Pie
It will come as a disappointment to all you party people, but the
surest way to nicer tasting splooge is clean living. Cut back on your
vices - alcohol, cigarettes, drugs (except maybe for Viagra), and junk
food. Word is that vegetarians, both men and women, taste better, so
you may want to steer clear of red meat, fish, and dairy. Indulge in
lots of fresh fruits and veggies, and drink lots of juice and water.
Many people recommend eating pineapple or drinking pineapple juice to
make you cum sweeter. Citrus fruits and cranberry juice are also
recommended, possibly because they make the body's pH more acidic,
counteracting the alkalinity of semen that contributes to its "bleachy"
quality. Any fruit or fruit juice high in sugar content, like apple,
melon, mango, or grape, may increase the amount of sugars put out in
your semen. Parsley, wheatgrass, and celery have been recommended for
sweeter semen as well, perhaps because of the chlorophyll in them.
At the same time, you should also limit your intake of foods that break
down into strong tasting or smelling chemicals that are excreted by the
body, like asparagus. Onions and garlic contain high amounts of sulfur
and are, well, oniony. And vegetables in the cabbage family, like
Brussels sprouts, broccoli, cabbage, kale, and collards, can make your
secretions taste bitter. Strongly spiced dishes, like curries, can also
carry their flavors over into your cum. Of course, you don't want to
restrict what you eat too much. Everyone needs to have a balanced diet.
But it's something to keep in mind: if you're planning on getting head
after dinner, you might want to skip the asparagus appetizer.
Another factor to consider is the amount of time it takes for food and
drink to cycle through your system. In most cases what you consume is
excreted within 12 to 24 hours, but some things stay in the body
longer. Whenever you start a new regimen, give it at least a few days
to start working, and remember that you'll probably have to stick to it
to see marked effects.
A Magic Pill
There are a number of supplements now available that claim to improve
the taste of semen or even alter it to specific flavors. Most contain
concentrated fruit, sweetening agents, spices or flavorings, and
sometimes vitamins or minerals. They may work for some people when used
according to the directions, but don't expect miracles.
One supplement promises to make your cum taste like pumpkin pie.
Considering that it contains cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg, that doesn't
seem all that farfetched. However, if a supplement claims to make your
semen taste like vanilla or strawberry, you should be skeptical. Also
beware of supplements that are sketchy about what their ingredients
are. In most cases, these supplements are harmless, and may even have
nutritional benefits, but they may not be worth the price if you can
get the same results on your own.
Be Consistent
Besides flavor, another factor that affects the palatability of semen
is its consistency. Stringy, chunky, or watery spunk can be
unappetizing. The consistency of semen is related to the fluids,
proteins, and amino acids in it, which can be affected by your overall
health and what you eat. Drinking a lot of water is probably the best
thing you can do to improve the texture of your semen; being dehydrated
can make your spunk thicken or get stringy. Some people recommend
eating egg whites or gelatin for increased volume of cum and better
consistency, probably because of the protein they contain. Wheat germ
and omega-3 oils have also been said to produce more and creamier cum.
Drink Up
Here's a recipe for a drink that incorporates many popular
cum-enhancing ingredients, as well as some used by cum-flavoring
supplements. Though we can't make guarantees, it might make your cum
taste better, and it's part of a balanced breakfast.
Super Spunk Smoothie
1 cup pineapple, fresh or canned
1 banana, frozen
1 cup apple juice
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 TBS honey
Optional ingredients: 1 raw egg white, 2 TBS wheat germ, 2 TBS flax seed, 1 shot wheatgrass juice
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Drink immediately. Repeat daily for best results.

What a baffling array of chimpanzees you have, sir. Do they type for you 8 or 12 hours a day?
